Wildcat Ridge Homeowners' Associations (HOA) was created when the development was built by Continental Homes to maintain the common areas; with the authority to enforce deed restrictions. Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R's) are issued to each homeowner, and Wildcat Ridge HOA was established to ensure that they are adhered to in order to maintain the quality and value of the properties involved.

Wildcat Ridge HOA handles all or some of the following:

  • Establish and collect maintenance fees needed to run neighborhood operations
  • Maintain community landscaping
  • Maintain recreational facilities
  • Enforce deed restrictions.
  • Other restrictions that enforced by Wildcat Ridge HOA: parking on street, landscaping approval or types of plants, garage door being open, fence restrictions, erection of basketball hoops or tree houses, and storage of boats and RVs.

The Wildcat Ridge HOA Board of Directors is made up of fellow residents just like you with similar concerns and/or wishes for the community. We encourage all Homeowners to attend the HOA meetings and participate where and when possible.

Thank you and congratulations to Bob Berger and Fred Wolff for volunteering and being elected to the Board of Directors!
