Wildcat Ridge Homeowners' Associations (HOA) was created when the development was built by Continental Homes to maintain the common areas; with the authority to enforce deed restrictions. Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R's) are issued to each homeowner, and Wildcat Ridge HOA was established to ensure that they are adhered to in order to maintain the quality and value of the properties involved.

Wildcat Ridge HOA handles all or some of the following:

  • Establish and collect maintenance fees needed to run neighborhood operations
  • Maintain community landscaping
  • Maintain recreational facilities
  • Enforce deed restrictions.
  • Other restrictions that enforced by Wildcat Ridge HOA: parking on street, landscaping approval or types of plants, garage door being open, fence restrictions, erection of basketball hoops or tree houses, and storage of boats and RVs.

The Wildcat Ridge HOA Board of Directors is made up of fellow residents just like you with similar concerns and/or wishes for the community. We encourage all Homeowners to attend the HOA meetings and participate where and when possible.

Thank you and congratulations to Bob Berger and Fred Wolff for volunteering and being elected to the Board of Directors!

Black Mountain Boulevard Construction Project

Black Mountain Boulevard (BMB) is a planned major arterial roadway in the City of Phoenix General Plan extending south approximately five miles from the Sonoran Boulevard/Cave Creek Road intersection to the ramp connections at SR 51 and Loop 101. This roadway will significantly improve access within the Desert View Village area of north Phoenix. Since 1994, the BMB ramp connections to SR 51 were planned as part of the Outer Loop Freeway system. The preliminary design and environmental investigation will occur late 2011/early 2012, with final design and construction from SR51 to Mayo Boulevard to follow. Paradise Valley board to approve name for new school

Name. Color. Mascot. PTO.
It's all coming together for the 32nd elementary school in the Paradise Valley Unified School District. The governing board is expected to approve the school's name Thursday. There were more than 160 submissions. Top name choices are Cactus Ridge Elementary, Fireside Elementary and Sunset View Elementary. For mascot, top contenders are rattlers, mustangs and falcons. The school colors will be navy and green, red or white. A committee chose navy to be consistent with the nearby Pinnacle High School.
